The apartment is very quiet, yet close to many discos, pubs and restaurants. It is equipped with - a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, washing machine, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle for hot water; - a bedroom with a queensize bed with night tables, a comfortable wardrobe, a drawers, a mirror and a coffee table; - a living room with a table, a sofa-bed, a tv and several shelves; - a toilet with shower. Each room has its own window (including the bathroom). It comes fully equipped, including wifi, iron and ironing board. The apartmet accomodates up to 4 persons, but it is recommended for couples. Shorter periods will cost a little more, yet feel free to ask. Please acknowledge this is a no-smoking apartment and a fine of 100 will be retained from the deposit should the apartment smell like smoke at the time of your check out.
