Important notes: we provide a regular temporary contract (contratto affitto transitorio) as per Italian Law, so therefore you can enjoy all the benefits and rights of staying in a house on a regular basis. To obtain a regular temporary rental contract in Italy, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax id Code in order to sign the rental agreement. If you need help with your tax id code, we suggest if you are a student to contact your university; if you are company employee to contact your company office or, go to the website of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, tax id code section (Agenzia delle Entrate sezione codice fiscale). You can also apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, no later than two-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. So within two weeks of your arrival you will aso have to provide us a copy of the passport, the details of the residential address and the tax id code of the person holding the contract and who will sign the contract itself. According to Italian law, we must register rental contracts that provide for a stay period of 30 nights or more. The rental contract will be signed on the day of your arrival in the apartment, where you have viewed the house, paid the security deposit and handed over the house keys. We inform you that security deposit which will be equal to the cost of one month's rent and which will be returned to you within 14 working days from your check out and of course after checking the apartment with the guest. Utilities such as gas and electricity are included up to a monthly cap based on normal, responsible usage. We kindly invite you to check the indicated limit listed in the detailed breakdown of your costs. We confirm that you will make normal use of the utilities as if they were your responsibility and it is very difficult to exceed this threshold. (For transparency, on the day of your arrival, the electricity and gas meter readings will be taken in your presence).
