The apartment of approximately 45 m2, located inside a quiet and clean courtyard, is located on the second floor of a period building with lift and is composed of a living room with small kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed queen with a large en suite walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchenette you will find four gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the center of the living room you will find a round table that can accommodate up to four diners, a sofa that can become a bed if necessary and a large Smart television.
