Large two-room apartment on the fifth floor of a modern, quiet and peaceful condominium! The interior spaces are divided in a very functional way and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The 43 m2 apartment plus 3 m2 of small terrace is very enjoyable, especially in the shoulder seasons. The apartment is equipped with independent heating. The house is not equipped with air conditioning but in the summer months, we can provide a fan. A stone's throw from the apartment there are all kinds of shops: a large supermarket (Carrefour), Mcdonald's, Upim, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, pharmacies, greengrocers, haberdashery, fishmongers, telephone shops, Italian post offices, pastry shops, newsstand etc. In addition to being extremely well served, this area allows you to move around the city comfortably and quickly, thanks to the many public transports (bus lines, trams and metro stops). Buses, trams, metro reach the station and the center in 20 minutes.
