The bathroom, adorned with quality ceramics, features a large crystal shower cabin, heated towel rail, and washing machine. Renovated in October 2020, the apartment ensures a pleasant stay with its modern comforts. Despite its proximity to Via Massarenti, the property remains remarkably quiet thanks to state-of-the-art fixtures. Environmentally friendly features include a thermal coat for excellent insulation and solar panels on the roof to minimize energy consumption.
