Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, Torre degli Asinelli and Torre della Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous doc wines from the Bologna hills!
