This flat can be rented for a maximum period of 3 months. Dear Guest, i am pleased to welcome you to my apartment. It has been prepared with great love to make your stay in Milan complete with all the comforts! Its modern and slightly eclectic style gives liveliness to the ambience and makes the apartment unique. It is located in the Solari area, close to one of the most picturesque districts of the city that includes: the Navigli, the Nuova Darsena and the Porta Ticinese. Furthermore, this area is the home of Salone del Mobile and many fashion events! The apartment is on the 4Th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed , a tv and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week. Finally, just a short walk from the house there is the Mudec, Milan's Museum of Culture, which offers fascinating in Piazza Bolivar, just below the house, there are several buses at your disposal: by No. 50 you can reach in a few stops the metro stations of Conciliazione m1, Cadorna m1 and m2 (connected by train with Malpensa airport) and Cairoli m1. Then there are other buses available in the adjacent streets to go to any area of interest in the city you want.
