Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Milan, finely furnished and equipped, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Porta Romana stop (m3 Yellow Metro) with which you can reach the Duomo in 7 minutes. Perfect for couples, workers and groups who need to stay for a short period, the apartment is 20 minutes by tram from the Navigli, full of restaurants and clubs, 600 meters from Piazza 5 Giornate and 5 minutes by tram from the prestigious Bocconi University. The accommodation The house has all the comforts such as Smart tv with free Netflix, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee machine with capsules (if required, additional capsules will be provided at the cost price) and unlimited Wi-Fi. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryers, shower gel and shampoo in single-dose packs. The beds and any sofa beds will be ready when you arrive, you won't have to worry about bringing pillows or sheets. The house is already equipped with everything you need for short periods. Rental conditions - price are all inclusive - initial cleaning is also included together with towel and sheet - Netflix is also included - Additional cleaning can be request but has to be paid a part - Deposit is = to 1 months for period lower than 2 months, Deposit is = to two months for period higher than 2 months. - Contract registration fee is 50% between owner and tenant Please note that there is an additional cost for the Agency, known as the "other Cost".
