The property comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, double sink, and storage; a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living area with a sofa. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor with a double bed. From the windows there are views of an interior courtyard with lots of plants. The apartment is located in Washington, a very desirable Milanese neighbourhood with great shopping and trendy bars. It is also very well connected to central Milan by metro. Mportant: the landlady provides a transitional type of contract, in order to be eligible you need (by law) to present at least one of the following conditions: Being in waiting to take possession of a property purchased or assigned by a public body; Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer or project (like Erasmus program or a class in a language school); Being in a process of caring and or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects; Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.
