Si gira bene in bicicletta i mezzi pubblici sono (Treni ,sita ,tramvia, autobus) raggiungibili dai 5 minuti ai 3Minuti. L'appartamento è accogliente sito al terzo piano senza ascensore in un palazzetto di 3 piani molto tranquillo. Due sono le caratteristiche dell'appartamento:l'indirizzo è in pieno centro nella zona elegante ma anche poco distante dai mercatini dove si può reperire frutta e verdura freschissima, ma ci sono anche supermercati ,locali dove potersi intrattenere piacevolmente; la casa è piacevole e comoda con un sapore tutto fiorentino e molto luminosa. Nb. Da pagare in anticipo Spese condominiali: 100 euro mensili calcolate sul soggiorno (Se rimani 5 mesi dovrai pagare 500 euro in anticipo.
