Space Welcome to our charming Florence apartment, ideally located near the famous Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Situated on the third floor of a historic building (please note, there is no elevator), this three-bedroom retreat offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Florence. Our apartment features three bedrooms, each designed for your comfort. One bedroom is furnished with a cozy double-size bed, another with a single bed, providing a peaceful night's rest. The third bedroom has a unique layout with a double bed in a loft, making it an ideal space for relaxation. Under the loft, you'll find a sofa bed for two extra guests. The well-appointed bathroom is equipped with a modern shower for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, essential cookware, and utensils, plus a Nespresso Vertuo for a real Italian espresso. A washing machine is also provided, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Step outside to the charming balcony, where a table and chairs await. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or simply unwind while taking in the local atmosphere. Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning. Access The apartment is at your complete and private disposal. Check-In time is 3pm - 7pm as we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost: From 12 noon to 3Pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends) From 7Pm to 8Pm: €25 From 8Pm to 10pm: €35 From 10pm to midnight: €45 no check-in after midnight, except for agreement made previously. Neighborhood Our apartment's prime location near the Santa Maria Novella Train Station offers you convenient access to Florence's iconic landmarks, museums, and vibrant streets. The Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and the historic center are all within a leisurely walk. Transit Florence city centre is a ztl zone which stands for “Limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ztl zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, cctv cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ztl zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit.
