The apartment has two large bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one in open space in the mezzanine), a single sofa bed ( that is located in the mezzanine), a single bedroom and two bathrooms (one is on the mezzanine), and a kitchen. The apartment has ac. Please remember that the apartment is on the 1St floor (no elevator), and there are stairs inside the apartment. The apartment is located near Piazza Santa Croce. The neighbourhood is full of life! The property is surrounded by a handful of businesses, stores, cafes, restaurants, landmarks, and tons more to see! Nearby you'll find several bus stops, supermarkets, and a large park to go on refreshing walks, which makes it a very convenient location. House rules 1. Times: Check-In is between 4. 00 pm and 8. 00 pm. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4. 00 pm. All check-in times must be agreed with the host in advance. Checkout is at 11. 00 am. Scheduled or potential late check-ins (after 8. 00 pm) must be communicated to the host before booking and a 50 euro late check-in fee could be applied. The late check-in fee must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment and no access will be granted to the apartment until such payment is made. 2. We understand that the sharing of personal info is a very sensitive matter and thus we will respect and uphold your decision not to send the information electronically in advance because of privacy concerns. We will however ask for these details at check in. No additional guests will allowed due to the conformance. If you are found to have persons staying at the property who are not named on your Reservation Confirmation, you are in breach of contract and may be denied access to the property. No refunds will be issued if you are refused accommodations due breach of contract. 3. Facility: we are not an hotel or a b&b. We do not provide 24 7 reception, daily cleaning of the unit unless specifically requested, and paid for, at the time of the booking, nor do we provide breakfast or meals. 4.
