Upon entering, you'll find the first bedroom with twin beds (joinable) and a flat-screen tv. Connected to this room and accessible from the entrance hallway is the living room with a sofa and tv, linked to the well-equipped kitchen with induction burners. The corridor leads to the second bedroom with twin beds (joinable) and then to the third bedroom with a double bed. At the end of the corridor are the two bathrooms, both equipped with showers. The larger bathroom also houses a washing machine that doubles as a dryer. Independent heating is available, along with air conditioning in the living room kitchen and all bedrooms. Pricing Information: The rental price includes utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees. Not included in the price is the tourist tax of 4. 00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, as well as utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass 70. 00.
