Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. This pleasant and functional 72 sqm flat overlooks an internal courtyard, so as to be extremely quiet, ideal for those who want to experience the city center in an environment of serenity and privacy. Air conditioning is provided by two splits: one in the living room and the other one in the master bedroom. The heating is autonomous. The entrance door leads into the bright and spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80 x 200 cm), this space offers a 32” flat screen tv. The dining table can be opened to accommodate up to 6 diners. The living room communicates directly with the American-Style kitchen, which is completely equipped and includes a column fridge, microwave oven, coffee pod machine (Caffitaly) and electric oven. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The large, master bedroom includes a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and overlooks a balcony that allows you to gaze out over the rooftops of Bologna. Guests have access to a second small room, equipped with a single sofa bed (80 x 195 cm) and a table complete with seating. Finally, the bathroom is covered with white ceramics, and it has a comfortable walk-in shower. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), Wifi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. Area: Located in the historic center, a few minutes walk from the university area of? Via Zamboni, the apartment allows you to walk to all the major attractions of the historic center, from Via Indipendenza, the main street of Bologna, to Piazza Maggiore, the two Towers and all the other monuments in the center.
