The apartment also boasts of great water pressure thanks to a water pump and cistern behind the stairwell. The apartment is complete with glassware, dishes and cutlery. A full array of pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. There are plentiful linens and towels provided. The apartment is fully Daikin air-conditioned upstairs and downstairs for your comfort during the warmer months. Water and garbage utilities are included in the rent. The American Consulate is up the street, St. James church is around the corner and there is easy and free access to the Viale without having the hassles and limits of the zti to take you to the autostrada. For students who are into studying fashion and are attending the different fashion schools nearby, in particular Polimoda, the apartment is a perfect location (only 400 m from the apartment ),for those who are looking for a safe and well appointed residence while theyre studying.
